How do I earn income as a Touchstone Crystal Consultant?

We have, undoubtedly, one of the most rewarding compensation plans in the direct selling industry. Your Consultant or Leader can show you just how much you can earn at every step of the way. The number of parties you hold, and the size of your team, determine your income. We offer generous commissions (25% - 40%) plus cash bonuses and other incentives.

What if I have no sales experience?

No experience? No problem. When you join us as a Consultant, we help you every step of the way. Join a sisterhood of supportive women determined to help you succeed.

When I sign up, how soon can I begin?

Once you receive your Consultant Starter Kit, you can schedule your first Touchstone Crystal party! We recommend that you conduct four or more parties within your first month so you reap the rewards of our BLING program.

When can I start building my own team?

You can start as soon as we receive your Consultant Agreement! We will work with you to create a team-building plan if you choose to pursue a leadership track with Touchstone Crystal.

How much time does it take to run a Touchstone Crystal business?

Achieve the work/life balance that you desire in a career that you control. Like anything else, the more you put into your Touchstone Crystal business the more income you can receive.

Will I have to purchase inventory?

No you are never required to purchase or maintain product inventory. All orders are shipped from Touchstone Crystal.
