Touchstone Crystal products are fully warranted against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with a product, it can be returned to us, where it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.

Returns due to non-manufacturing defects will be replaced for a flat fee plus shipping charges and sales tax. The fee will be based on the retail price of the item. Any item with a retail value up to $59.99 will be replaced for $10.00 plus shipping and tax. Any item with a retail value of $60.00 or more will be replaced for $20.00 plus shipping and tax.
